Heim Agrees With Council Downsize

The La Crosse city council’s unanimous decision last night to reduce the

council size to 13 members, was a positive move in one political pundit’s eyes. But will representation suffer in the end? UW-L Political professor, Joe Heim.

Heim also feels the downsized council will now become more efficient. The council also approved converting the Committee of the Whole to a monthly planning meeting.
