Board Approves Associated Purchase

By a 23-6 vote Thursday night, the La Crosse County Board approved buying

Associated Bank property for $4.6 million. That property would become land for the new administrative center.

 

But that’s not the final move by the county. Package completion depends on what happens at two other county owned sites in La Crosse. The bank’s new home is till in question though. County lot C,  just south of the Law Enforcement Center has been the location discussed. As has Lot A. A board vote could come in August.
