Park Drinking Tickets Up in La Crosse
It’s not an official crackdown. But La Crosse police are in the midst of a surge of ticket writing for drinking in the park. Already writing more tickets so far this spring than all of last year. All in the same park
Police sergeant Randy Rank. He says the tickets are generated by complaints about those not just drinking. But drinking hard. And getting a little drunkenly boisterous. Or just passing out.
