Mental Health Awareness Month Walk

You might not have known that May is Mental Health Awareness Month in La

Crosse…but it is. Mayor Tim Kabat has made that official with a proclamation outside City Hall:

Kabat and Onalaska Mayor Joe Chilsen raised a special mental health flag on Tuesday, during a ceremony promoting local programs aimed at helping people with mental illness.  Dozens of community supporters of the program attended the flag-raising, and then carried signs through downtown.
