Roosevelt Officially On The Sale Block
The School District of La Crosse is now accepting Request for Proposals for
the sale and redevelopment of the Roosevelt school property located at 1307 Hayes Street in La Crosse.
Superintendent, Randy Nelson says the proposal states that the District will review proposals that are compatible with, and strengthen, the Roosevelt neighborhood. School officials will provide a tour of the Roosevelt property for interested parties on May 15th. The deadline for submitting proposals is July 18th. Hopes are to sell the property by August.
