Home Sales Down, Prices Up

A slow March for home sales across Wisconsin.  Especially so in La Crosse county.  The state realtors association shows over a 37% drop in home sales for March over March of last year.  Year to date, sales are off by over 23% in La Crosse.  Generally state realtors blame the lingering effects of the especially harsh winter.  Statewide, sales dropped 11% for March and down 8% for the year.  Meanwhile, median sale prices are generally higher.
