First Vernon County Fatal Of The Year

Stoddard woman has been killed in a two-car crash on Highway 35. Eunice Beagle died at Gundersen in La Crosse after her mini-van collided head-on with a car driven by Dorothy Roth of La Crosse. Beagle was trying to pass another driver on 35, north of Stoddard, when the crash occurred. Roth is being treated for several injuries. The accident happened around 8 ‘clock last night.
