UW-L Waits On Student Votes

A referendum voted on Tuesday by students at UW-L would approve the expansion

of the Recreational Eagle Center by about 300 thousand square feet. Chancellor Joe Gow says the campus is confident the $8 million measure will pass.

This multilevel expansion will add enough space to increase the size of the strength and cardio center by 166 percent, and almost double the area for basketball, volleyball, and other recreational sports. Vote counts should come out Thursday morning.
