Warming Center Closes, Fight Breaks Out

Still fielding late season complaints from the warming center in La Crosse.  The center was scheduled to close at the end of March but stayed open a couple of extra weeks due to lingering cold weather.  This weekend at the center, a very drunk guy kicked another man in the stomach.  The drunk  threatened a cop and warming center staff with a giant rock even though he was too drunk to stand.  The guy was cited for disorderly conduct and hauled to de-tox.  The warming center is supposed to close today.
