Spitting Blood Nets Felony Charges for Injured Man

Felony charges for a guy who fell down drunk in a La Crosse bar this weekend.  Cops say 31 year-old Wesley Harris messed up his head pretty good when he fell down in the downtown bar on Sunday.  Police had to track him down and Harris apparently became very uncooperative and belligerent.  They breathalyzed him at a .27.  It took six hospital staff and a cop to hold him down and treat his wounds.  And he spit blood and saliva at one of the hospital staff members.  They left him there to de-tox before taking him to jail.
