Riverside Farmer’s Market Set

Warmer spring weather means the start of farmer’s markets can’t be too far behind.  A new location for one of those markets in La Crosse this year.  Riverside Park will be the new location for the Saturday market that had been in the county’s downtown parking lot.  Much nicer spot for a market, says Whitney Croell in the city’s parks department

 

 

Croell also hopes the placement of the market will encourage people attending to walk around downtown a little, too.
