Review of Applications for Paint and Fix Up Begins

Decisions begin this week in La Crosse city hall on how to dispense with fifty thousand dollars.  That’s money in the city’s Paint and Fix Up program.  Grant money, doled out hundreds at a time, with the idea of sprucing up homes with a coat of paint, a new railing, some windows…  And every project is different
