Sparta Man Could Be Kicked Out Of Country Again

23 year old Filipe Bautista-Lopez of Sparta has written his own one way

ticket out of the country. That after he gave Sparta Police a false name and claimed several forms of i.d he was carrying belonged to his cousins during a traffic stop.

 

Because cops were unable to positively identify Bautista-Lopez he was jailed on a driver license violation. Once at the jail the officer identified him from a prior booking photograph. Bautista-Lopez was arrested for Obstructing an Officer and cited for Operating after Revocation.

 

Cops also found out that the Department of Homeland Security issued an Immigration Detainer on Bautista-Lopez as they believe he had illegally re-entered the country after being kicked out once before.
