Group Cheers Right To Vote Proposal

You have the right to vote in Wisconsin, but a new proposed constitutional amendment would guarantee exercising that right.  A fine distinction but one that groups like United Wisconsin says is important with current plans by some lawmakers to limit the ability to register to vote.  Or limit voting hours
