Minnesota Senate Approves Propane Funding

The State of Minnesota hopes that people needing heating assistance will hear

this message soon when they call a new toll free assistance hotline.

This after the state senate approved a $20 million heating assistance bill Thursday. Some senators voting for the measure said after the vote that his is a short term fix, however, and they believe there needs to be a long term solution to address propane shortage throughout the Midwest.
