More Warming Space in La Crosse

More cot space for those who need to get out of the brutal cold in La Crosse.  Besides the warming center at the First Baptist Church on West Avenue and Main street, the Wesley United Methodist Church on King street is also open to help people get out of the arctic temperatures.  Four people found shelter there last night as an overflow from the First Baptist Warming Center.  Wesley United will remain open during the day and night as a warming center through the next bitterly wave of cold at the beginning of next week.
