Green Bay Police Chief Tom Molitor has briefed the La Crosse Heroin Task Force on anti-drug policies being tried in the Fox River Valley. Molitor says employers should pay attention to workers who may have drug problems, and consider ways to help them break the habit.
Chief Molitor says local officials should look for ways to ‘break the cycle’ of heroin addiction, which can lead people to break the law so they can get money for drugs.
