Vandals Flood House, Cause Condemnation

There remains large numbers of foreclosed and vacant houses in the city of La Crosse.  In some areas of the city, it’s several per block.  Those places often become gathering places for hooligans.  Like a house on the far southside that attracted vandals sometime in the last several days.  They plugged alll the drains in the house and turned the water on, flooding the house and sending water out into the street.  Cops say the house was already a mess, but with ice on the walls and water everywhere else, the inspection department has condemned it.  Police don’t have any suspects in the vandalism.
