I-90 Over Pass Protesters Out Again
For months, some La Crosse area protesters have displayed anti-Obama signs
during frequent demonstrations on a footbridge over I-90.
But the Campbell town board has tried to stop the protests, calling them a risk to driver safety. That move prompted even more picketers to show up on the bridge this weekend. Robert Haines of Cudahy heads the Wisconsin chapter of ‘Overpasses for America’:
A few citations were issued by town police this weekend. The fine for violating the sign ordinance is 132 dollars.
