La Crosse County Home Sales Dip for October

A down month for home sales in La Crosse county.  After months of gains in home sales, a new report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows that total sales in the county were off by 15 percent for the month of October over October of last year.  The median sales price also dropped for the month by 6.2%.  Meanwhile, sales for existing homes statewide also dipped for this October but just slightly while prices increased by nearly 6 percent.
