Two weeks after a deadly plane crash near Caledonia, federal investigators have issued their first official report on the accident.

The NTSB has not determined the cause of the November 1st crash, in which three of the four people on the plane were killed. The report indicates that the right wing of the plane hit the ground first, followed by the right engine and the fuselage. Wreckage of the plane was found about 600 feet from the runway at the Houston County airport, suggesting that the plane was attempting to land at the unmanned airport. No distress calls were received from the pilot. The men aboard the plane were flying from Michigan to a hunting destination in South Dakota.
