What Does Richards Plan To Do?
The campaign to fight heroin in Wisconsin has caught the attention of at
least one campaign for attorney general. Assemblyman Jon Richards is co-author of some bills aimed at punishing heroin dealers and helping users of the drug:
During a campaign stop in La Crosse on Friday, Democrat Richards said the spread of heroin in the state has filled county jails, mainly because people are resorting to crime to get the money to buy the drug.
