Double Murder Case Stalled

A March 2007 double homicide case will be put off for now….until lawyers

can find a new prosecutor for the case. Monroe County D.A. Dan Cary was assigned to the case. He died last week.

 

The case deals with the shooting deaths of a couple in Juneau County. 38 year old David Turner of Tomah is already in prison for admitting he shot Joshua Alderman of La Crosse over a drug distribution conspiracy. Also killed, Tabitah Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids.

John Tetting, Jr. is accused of driving Turner to meet with the pair. Turner told police that Tetting had no clue the murders would take place. Tetting was allowed to change his guilty pleas and still awaits a second trial in the case.
