ROTC Here To Stay…..For Now
The ROTC program at UW-L will not shut down in 2 years. Instead the Army
has give the program a 2 year extended probationary time table. Congressman Ron Kind says UW-L’s 40 year old program is one that is to good to get rid of.
The Army announced just over a month ago that ROTC programs at La Crosse and a dozen other US colleges would shut down in mid 2015.
