Baldwin Proud Of Vote

It’s a day Wisconsin’s Tammy Baldwin says she’ll never forget. Baldwin, the

first open lesbian in the US Senate, helped pass a resolution to ban job discrimination against gay, bi-sexual, and transgender workers. She spoke earlier this week about fairness.

Baldwin co sponsored the measure, which passed 62-to-34. Wisconsin’s other senator, Republican Ron Johnson, voted no.
