La Crosse Victim Mum on Possible Stabbing

Maybe a stabbing.  Maybe not.  La Crosse police are investigating what’s up behind a guy who came into the emergency room at Mayo yesterday afternoon just before four with a hole in his gut.  Cops say the 41 year-old guy had a one inch slit in his belly but was pretty uncooperative about how it happened and wouldn’t give police any information.  His injury, they say, is not critical.  But they are hoping for more information including on who dropped him off.
