BK Crash Brings Charges
When a Burger King customer crashed her car into the restaurant near La
Crosse City Hall this month, she apparently had passed out after huffing. Twenty-four-year-old Kiara Kiesow had inhaled an aerosol air dusting product shortly before that accident at the Burger King drive-up window. And she had admitted to drinking several beers. Now, Kiesow is charged with her second O-W-I, and Judge Elliott Levine has imposed a few restrictions on her:
Kiesow now faces about a dozen new charges. She’s also awaiting sentencing for injuring her boyfriend with scissors, from a case earlier this year.
