Solid growth in sales makes for a healthy real estate market. And solid is exactly what La Crosse Area Realtors Association president Cindy Gehrke has seen for another month. Not only have sales posted good growth for the year so far, but prices are up, too. Median price for a house sold in La Crosse county is up over three percent for the year, to nearly 150 thousand dollars.
