GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) State officials hope to reopen a sagging Green Bay bridge by early next year.

Mark Gottlieb is the secretary of the state Department of Transportation. He said Tuesday the agency will be putting out bids that call for work to be completed by Jan. 17. He says there will be incentives for finishing earlier and penalties for missing the deadline.
