Wisconsin and Minnesota Ranked High for Low Income Health Access

While the debate over de-funding Obamacare rages in Washington, those with lower incomes in Wisconsin and Minnesota are doing pretty well when it comes to access to healthcare.   At least compared to other states.  A new report from the Commonwealth Fund find that Wisconsin ranks second in the nation and Minnesota ranks fourth when it comes to access to health care for the poor.  Wisconsin does well in nearly every category of the group’s report.  Except when it comes to preventive medical and dental care for children, where Wisconsin ranks near the bottom.
