Salvation Army Wants To Build A Mountain

Staff and volunteers from the Salvation Army are asking the community to

contribute enough food to provide 10 thousand meals or about enough to feed people at The Salvation Army for one month. The build a mountain campaign runs from now until October10th. Julie Nelson with the La Crosse Salvation Army explains what it is they are looking for.

All donations can be brought to The Salvation Army on 223 North 8th Street. On October 10th, the donated food will be taken to the Valley View Mall and stacked into a mountain.
