districts across the state. In La Crosse, Superintendent, Randy Nelson says he knows about the program….and disagrees with it already.
Nelson says the program was initiated so most Wisconsin schools can avoid federal sanctions imposed by the poorly designed No Child Left Behind legislation. So in the meantime….Nelson says he will enjoy watching students fill the hallways today…..on this first day back to school.
