Committee Tackles Moratorium Exemptions Tonight

A La Crosse city council committee will be much busier with rental moratorium exemptions this month.  The council’s rules committee is the final say in granting exemptions to the controversial six month rental conversion moratorium that went into effect at the end of July.  That committee had to decide on just one application for an exemption.  This month, the committee will decide on 12 exemptions.  Two applications come from the same owner.
