What To Do With The Scroll Sculpture

Taking down the scroll sculpture by the Tribune building in La Crosse has been halted.

City Public Works Director, Dale Hexom, says the question of what to do with the statute, in place since 1997, will be answered on September 9th at the next meeting of the City’s Arts Board.
