Gruenke Questions DUI Bill
Several DUI bills are getting public hearings today….and La Crosse County D.A. Tim Gruenke questions one of them.
Lawmakers are also considering three other bills which recently had public hearings. They would make three and four time OWI a felony, and require longer prison terms for those who kill or injure motorists while driving drunk. Another bill would have police seizing cars from some drunk drivers.
