Environmental Groups Want PSC Policy Change on Incentives

Some bureaucracy is getting in the way of new, small-scale solar and wind projects in Wisconsin.  At least a few environmentalists see it that way, criticizing the state’s public service commission for pushing forward a technicality that will mean no Focus on Energy incentives for solar and wind energy projects right now.  Not until biofuel projects in the state are completed.  Which could take months.  Tyler Huebner, from Renew Wisconsin, begs for reconsideration
