Council Will Decide Whether Church Gets Bell

New addition to a neighborhood in La Crosse won’t be a silent one.  English Lutheran church, on King street by UWL, is asking the city council for permission to build of a bell tower.  With actual bells.  That ring.  Although not terribly quiet, it will be a tasteful design, says Paul Sannerud from English Lutheran

 

 

The three-bell bell tower is a gift from one of the church’s members.   A nice addition, says Sannerud, to the massive reconstruction the church has recently undergone.
