La Crosse Officer Injured During Scuffle

 A La Crosse police officer is nursing his wounds today after getting into a scuffle with a woman on the northside this week-end.  Two cops had 39 year-old Lea McCormick in cuffs on Saturday after a call that she was involved in some sort of domestic dispute.  But she didn’t want to go quietly.  Apparently lunged over a chain link fence and dragged one of the cops with her.  Several puncture wounds for the cop.  A felony charge for battery to an officer for McCormick.
