Guilty on all four counts…

A jury in La Crosse County declares Jeffrey Lepsch guilty of two murders and other crimes. May’s Photo owner Paul Petras and his teenage son A-J were shot to death in the store nearly a year ago, and dozens of products stolen from May’s turned up at Lepsch’s Minnesota home.  Police were led to Lepsch partly through security videos from the downtown area that appeared to place his Dodge van at the crime scene.  Defense attorneys had argued that the evidence was circumstantial, including a palm print on a display case which the state crime lab traced to Lepsch. Sentencing is set for September 6th.
