Former Principal Tapped as New West Salem Superintendent

A West Salem Schools veteran is back. But this time as the boss. Longtime former high school principal Troy Gunderson will be the new superintendent for West Salem. The school board made the pick this week. Gunderson was principal from 1993 to 2008, leaving the district to become superintendent for GET schools. Gunderson will start his new superintendent job at West Salem on July first.
