Onalaska man arrested naked and wandering UW-L campus, admits using meth

He was found wandering naked around the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Caleb Williams of Onalaska was found "stumbling around naked in the street," near the student union around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday with nothing but a drawstring bag.

The 23-year-old told police he didn't know where his clothes were but he knew he was in La Crosse.

He also admitted to using meth.

In the bag, police found needled that tested positive for the drug.

Williams is facing repeat charges of meth possession and lewd and lascivious behavior.

A native of Prairie du Chien, Brad graduated from U-W-La Crosse and has worked in radio news for more than 30 years, mostly in the La Crosse area.  Brad writes the website "Triviazoids," which finds odd connections between events that happen on a certain date, and he writes and performs with the local comedy group Heart of La Crosse.  He's been featured on several national TV programs because of his memory skills.
