Tomah Man Clings To Life After Crash Featured

Written by Dan Deicher

A Monroe County man is clinging to life tonight after receiving life-threatening injuries in a Wednesday morning crash in Columbia County. The crash happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. about five miles north of the Columbia-Dane County line.

A Pontiac Montana minivan driven by 61 year old James Rezin failed to stop at a stop sign and went into the path of a box truck which. Rezin, of Tomah, was then ejected. Rezin suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to UW Hospital Madison. Rezin was not wearing a seatbelt.

The truck's driver, 23 year old David Parr, of Monroe, was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
